Defending CDL champions New York Subliners crawled out of the Elimination bracket to bag the tournament victory against Atlanta Faze in a best-of-seven grand final series. 2023 season MVP Paco "HyDra" Rusiewiez was awarded the Major 4 MVP for his stellar performance in the finals.

Heading to the tournament weekend, New York Subliners were placed 7th during the Qualifier round with a 4-3 record. Despite a shaky start in Major 4, the team improved in the Qualifiers and came to the main stage looking like a well-oiled machine.

The Subliners sent home tournament favorites Toronto Ultra during Round 4 of the Elimination bracket to advance to the Elimination Finals. Meanwhile, Atlanta FaZe remained flawless in the upper bracket, sending Los Angeles Guerrillas to the Elimination bracket Finals.

The New York-based squad swept Guerrillas in the Elimination bracket finals to advance to the Grand Finals. Atlanta FaZe were the clear favorites to win, but Subliners' teamwork made the upset possible. In the end, the team won 4-2.
