Brian George is an American college football player who has been plying his trade with the Houston Cougars and will play his final season of eligibility. George started his football career at Glades Central High School where he was rated a four-star recruit. He began his collegiate football journey with Highland Community College where he was named a 2019 JUCO Second Team All-American. George recorded 26 tackles, six pass breakups, two interceptions and one fumble recovery. After his freshman season with Highland Community, George transferred to Texas A&M where he spent the next three years of his collegiate football career. He held offers from several Division I programs like Auburn, Alabama, Colorado State, Florida, Houston, Iowa State, Kansas State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee and many more.

As a sophomore in 2020, George saw action in 10 games and recorded six total tackles with one interception. For the next two seasons, George hardly saw action at College Station and decided to transfer to Houston Cougars with two more seasons of eligibility. George only played in 19 games for the Aggies during his three-year tenure in College Station. Last season, George witnessed a breakout campaign as he appeared in ten games for the Cougars. He concluded his senior year with 37 tackles, 0.5 TFL and one pass breakup. In 2024, George would immediately be in line to compete for a starting spot in the cornerback position.
