Joe Fagnano (birth name: Joseph Fagnano) is a college football player from the United States, playing as a quarterback for the UConn Huskies in the Independent Conference as of December 2024. The former Maine Black Bears (2019–2022) player hails from Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and was a student at Williamsport Area High School.

In high school, Fagnano participated in the East-West All-Star Game. The Offensive Rookie of the Year (2019) played eight games that season and passed for 1,835 yards and 17 touchdowns. Fagnano, the Wyoming Area Offensive Player of the Year (2018), had 794 yards passing and six touchdowns in 2021 and 208 passes for 2,231 yards, 15 touchdowns, and six interceptions the following year with an average of 202.8 yards per game. After finishing the 2021 season with 795 yards and eight touchdowns, he earned All-CAA Second Team honors. In 2023, he completed 18 passes for 173 yards and an interception. Fagnano made 14 passes for 113 yards and an interception and ran seven times for 18 yards in the season opener against NC State.
