Haas F1 is an American motor racing team. It was established by NASCAR Cup Series team owner, Gene Haas, in 2014. It is one of the first American-based teams to submit an entry for Formula 1 racing. In 2016, Haas debuted for the first time as a team at the Australian Grand Prix. Drivers like Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez drove in 2016 and finished sixth with eight points. These points made them the first American constructor to win points in F1’s first race as a career.

The team tied a knot as a technical partner with the Ferrari F1 team. With them, the team deliberately improves every year. In 2018, Haas finished fifth in the constructors’ standings.
