Marco Veratti prefers Real Madrid over Barcelona
Veratti's agent Donato Di Campli has made it clear in an interview to Tuttosport that his client is ready to leave the Parisians this season. But the Daily Express has now gone on record to say that the player prefers a move to Real Madrid ahead of Barcelona as he thinks that the Madrid club is more likely to win trophies in the immediate future. This will be a huge blow for the Catalans’ summer plans as Veratti was believed to be their number one transfer target.
Atletico Madrid still want Diego Costa
Diego Simeone is a huge fan of the Chelsea striker who has been reportedly told by his manager at Chelsea to find a new club for himself. Atletico Madrid cannot sign players until January and which is why the Colchoneros want Costa to move out on loan to AC Milan this summer. This means that Atletico will be able to sign him in January or the next summer while the Spaniard will also be able to play regularly in order to get selected in the Spain squad for the 2018 World Cup.
