Brooks Koepka is well known for his extraordinary golf skills and performances. He has five major wins in his professional golf career. He turned professional in 2012 and since then he played on PGA Tour, European Tour, and Challenge Tour. Currently, he is participating in the LIV Golf tour and became the first player from LIV Golf to win a major trophy. Brooks Koepka amazed the world with his golf skills, but it is worth thinking that his caddie, team management and the right tools according to his play style played an important part in his excellent success. Most importantly his driver, irons, putter, and golf ball played a significant part in his high-level success.

What driver does Brooks Koepka use?

Brooks Koepka uses a Srixon ZX5 LS MKII driver. The week before the 2023 Ryder Cup, Koepka abruptly returned to utilising his old TaylorMade Sim 2 Max driver, abandoning the Srixon ZX5 LS Mk II model. The Sim 2 Max was among the greatest distance drivers in 2021. Therefore, Koepka's decision to alter things so soon before such a significant occasion came as a surprise. He carried the Sim 2 in his luggage for the rest of the LIV season, but it looks like he's switching back to the ZX5 for 2024.

This driver supports his muscular game off the tee perfectly. He has been using this driver for some time and it costs around 500 USD. The driver has a 10.5 degrees loft with a Fujikura Ventus Blue 6 shaft. The driver can be customized with different shaft options, flexes, and grips.

The followings are his five Major Tournaments wins:

  • 2017 - U.S. Open: Winning score - (−16), margin of victory 4 strokes.

  • 2018 - U.S. Open: Winning Score - (+1), margin of victory 1 stroke.

  • 2018 - PGA Championship: Winning Score - (−16), margin of victory 2 strokes.

  • 2019 - PGA Championship: Winning Score - (−8), margin of victory 2 strokes.

  • 2023 - PGA Championship: Winning Score - (−9), margin of victory 2 strokes.
