The Puerto Rico Open 2025 will be held on March 6-9 at the Grand Reserve Country Club's Coco Beach Golf Course in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Having begun in 1956 and ending in 1967, the Puerto Rico Open is nearly 70 years old. It was brought back to the PGA Tour in 2008 as an alternate event to the WGC-Cadillac Championship and, later, the WGC-Dell Match Play.

At the Puerto Rico Open 2025, 132 golfers will compete for a $4 million purse, with the winner's share totalling $720,000. In addition to this cash prize, the winner will receive 300 FedEx Cup points and 24 Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) points.
