Wyndham Robert Clark, 29 (born December 9, 1993), is from the city of Denver, Colorado, playing for the PGA tour currently.


After turning pro in 2017, he has impressed golf fans with his amazing skills, resilience and passion for the game. He won his first-ever PGA tour event in May 2023, the Wells Fargo Championship. And within a month, he bagged his first major, the 2023 U.S. Open in June 2023.

Growing up, Clark's father introduced him to the game, which made Clark fall in love with the game. And his liking and passion intensified during his formative years. As a high school student, Clark won the Colorado Stage golf title twice and was named Player of the Year in 2011. Once out of high school, he enrolled at Oklahoma State in 2012 after playing in a stroke play at the 2013 U.S. Soon he switched to Oregon in 2016, where he won the PAC-12 championship. Clark's time in college served as a crucial stepping stone in his journey toward professional golf.

Wyndham's professional career started when he qualified for the 2018 season by finishing the game in a tie for 23rd place on the Web.com Tour in 2017. That season, he made 24 starts & also managed to finish in the top ten four times! He later took his game up a notch when he qualified for the PGA tour in the 2018-19 season by having a rank of 16th on the tour money list!


Clark finished second at the Bermuda Championship in 2020, falling to PGA Tour veteran Brian Gay in a playoff.


Clark won his first PGA Tour title at the Wells Fargo Championship in May 2023. He won by four strokes over Xander Schauffele.


Clark won the 2023 U.S. Open at the Los Angeles Country Club on June 18, 2023, with an even-par final round of 70, defeating Rory McIlroy by one stroke and earning $3.6 million.
