Although Rockstar Games' latest tweet as of writing this article is about two newly added Dispatch Work missions in GTA Online, most of the comments are about GTA 6. The upcoming title had its first trailer released back in December 2023, but nothing new has been showcased since. This, needless to say, has disappointed several fans. Reacting to Rockstar's tweet in question, X user @Logan_Maraj commented that they don't care unless it is Grand Theft Auto 6.
"GTA 6 or we dont care."

Some, like X user @Bi4i07, reacted with images and gifs to express their opinion on the new GTA Online Dispatch Work missions tweet. Here are a few of them:
Several others in the comments also asked Rockstar Games about the second GTA 6 trailer.

Funnily enough, a few pointed to the Vinewood Police Department sign in the tweeted image's background, joking that it could be a reference to the Grand Theft Auto 6 teaser.

The long-awaited next entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise is currently scheduled to release during Fall 2025. However, nothing new has been showcased about it for over a year now, which has made fans eager for more.
Comments about GTA 6 flood Rockstar Games' new GTA Online tweet

Rockstar Games released the GTA Online Agents of Sabotage update on December 10, 2024, adding fresh content to the title. That being said, the fanbase wants the developer to reveal more about the series' next installment instead.
There has never been a longer gap between two Grand Theft Auto titles before, and while not much has been revealed officially, there is a lot of excitement around its arrival next year. In fact, GTA 6 won Most Anticipated Game at The Game Awards 2024, and Most Wanted Game at the Golden Joystick Awards last month.

The long wait that fans have had to endure has made Rockstar's social media posts being flooded by comments about the upcoming title a pretty common sight.
At the moment there is no sign of when we can expect new information about GTA 6. Having said that, the newly added content in GTA Online, such as the four FIB Files, brand new cars, as well as Dispatch Work missions should keep fans a bit entertained in the meantime.
