Fans expected the release of at least an announcement related to GTA 6 trailer 2 around Take-Two Interactive's May 2024 earnings call, which, unfortunately, didn't happen. However, it was disclosed that the game will launch in the Fall of 2025. Taking that into account, X user @jericho681 has crafted a marketing roadmap, predicting that GTA 6 trailer 2 could drop around November or December in 2024.

The fan came up with this roadmap based on the marketing patterns established by Rockstar Games with two major releases - GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2. Both of these games also launched in the latter half of their respective release years, so, the developer might employ a similar approach with its next title.
That being said, readers should note that this is just a fan-made prediction and a release window for GTA 6 trailer 2 has not yet been confirmed.
Fan-made marketing roadmap predicts release windows for GTA 6 trailer 2, screenshots, and more
The first GTA 6 trailer arrived in December 2023, and with the official GTA 6 release window set for Fall 2025, X user @jericho681 believes that we could see its next trailer arriving in November or December 2024.
GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2's first and second trailers were also separated by a similar gap. What's interesting is that screenshots for both of the titles were released between the first two trailers. Two batches of GTA 5 screenshots were dropped between its first two trailers.
Based on that, @jericho681's prediction roadmap suggests that Rockstar Games might release official GTA 6 screenshots in the coming months.
Interestingly, they were heavily rumored to be showcased this month (May 2024) after a new GTA 6 page featuring a Screen section became temporarily accessible to the public just a few days back. There were also reports of Rockstar Games updating their API.
This led many to believe that the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title's first screenshots could be revealed ahead of Take-Two's May 16, 2024 earnings call. Although that didn't happen, the fan-made marketing roadmap above suggests that it might occur now, around July and August 2024.
It also suggests that after a GTA 6 trailer 2 later this year, we might get a GTA 6 trailer 3 as early as March or April in 2025, but, needless to say, that remains to be seen.
