While GTA Online fans await the previously announced DLC update, Rockstar Games has just revealed a new vehicle that will come with it. In an X post on November 26, 2024, the developers announced the upcoming debut of the Police Predator Boat in Los Santos. The vehicle will become obtainable as part of December’s major update.

The new GTA Online vehicle could be available for free if a certain condition is met

As can be seen above, Rockstar Games shared the picture of the upcoming GTA Online vehicle — the Police Predator Boat — on X. While not much about it has been shared so far, players should note that the boat is already available in the game but remains unobtainable.
The developers stated that it could be available for free to all players if they collectively complete the ongoing GTA Online Heist Challenge.
For those unaware, the current community challenge requires players to steal a cumulative sum of $20 trillion from the following heists by December 4, 2024:
- The Human Labs Raid
- The Diamond Casino Heist
- The Fleeca Job
- The Cayo Perico Heist
- Pacific Standard
- Series A Funding
- Prison Break
As of November 26, 2024, $11.2 trillion has been collected by players. While the Police Predator Boat will be made free for all players if the challenge is completed, it will still be purchasable as part of the GTA Online Winter DLC 2024.
Moreover, completion of the challenge will also reward one with the N.O.O.S.E outfit as part of the DLC, and the Standard Varsity Jacket next week.
The developers previously announced an upcoming in-game business related to Darnell Bros Garment Factory and a new set of missions. A new set of Dispatch Missions will also be released, along with new Job Creator upgrades, and more.
The winter major update is expected to be released around December 10, 2024, on all currently supported platforms, including the PS4 and Xbox One.
