Inter Milan confirm the signing of Victor Moses from Chelsea Victor Moses Inter Milan have completed the signing of Victor Moses from Chelsea after his loan spell with Fenerbahce was brought to an end. The winger signed a short-term deal which includes a €10 million to €20 million option to buy at the end of the season. The Nigerian becomes the fourth player that Antonio Conte has bought from the Premier League, having also signed Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Ashley Young from Manchester United.
