Dune Awakening: How to farm Diamondine Dust

The Diamondine Dust is another rare resource in Dune Awakening used in a variety of crafts. Most of these include late-game vehicles and weapons. Similar to Carbide Scraps, Diamondine Dust is also located in the Mysa Tarill region, meaning the enemies will be a lot more challenging.

How to acquire Diamondine Dust in Dune Awakening

Earlier, we mentioned this resource being available in the same region as Carbide Scraps. The loot containers in the Mysa Tarill outpost can have both of these items. If you’re looking for one, you’re bound to find the other, because the farming spot is the same.

The outpost is very close to the Crossroads Tradepost, but filled with high-level enemies. This isn’t a PvP zone, but the enemies can still turn out to be very challenging. If you don’t want to fight enemies, a better way to acquire this item would be to go around the camp looking for regular chests.

Raiding the base will be much more beneficial, as there is an epic loot chest inside the enemy’s lair. Having steel equipment is recommended, along with decent ranged weapons that can penetrate enemy shields.

The easy way would be to spend Solari to purchase Diamondine Dust from the NPC vendors. Asmara Efendi, Ant Nostrum, and Zoe keep a stock of 15 each. It is not recommended to buy resources from vendors due to the high cost.

The Diamondine Dust is used for crafting Mk5 and Mk6 variants of Ornithopter, Buggy, and weapons. There are also tier 5 and tier 6 weapons, some of which we highly recommend you craft.

For example, the Adept Dirk deals a lot of damage while also penetrating shields, while Pardot's Drinker can collect blood from enemies.

There are a lot of options for crafting an Ornithopter, all of them serving different purposes. Since the building requirement is quite high, build the one you will need the most. Use the assault if you aim to engage in a firefight, or the carrier for transporting goods.
