Naruto vs Pain was one of the most anticipated fights in anime history, and is now one of the most memorable ones. It was a battle of destruction and rage, ultimately leading to a peaceful talk between the two students.
Naruto fights Pain in Episode 163, after Naruto makes a stellar entrance to the now destroyed Konoha. The fight ends in Episode 169, officially ending the Pain arc as a whole.

Naruto makes an entrance into the Hidden Leaf Village, but doesn’t recognize his surroundings. Naruto is unable to sense the Chakra of many beloved to him, including his teacher Kakashi Hatake.
Naruto realises that Pain was the reason why the village was in shambles, and confronts him. Tsunade, the Hokage, intervenes and says that it was her duty to protect the village. However, it is evident that she is unable to move due to her healing the entire village.
Naruto orders Gamakichi to take Tsunade somewhere safe. He then fights Pain head on, knocking him out. Ko Hyuga, a member of the Hyuga clan, using his Byakugan tells Sakura about the whole situation, including the one about him knocking out Pain.
Pain then uses the Animal Path to summon creatures to fight Naruto. The Toads start fighting the Animal Path summons, with Naruto helping out. Pain notices that Naruto had mastered Sage Mode, just like their master.
Naruto is surprised to find out that Pain was also Jiraiya’s student. Pain demands that he ought to hand over his life in order to preserve the greater peace like how his master would have wanted, as this world was always doomed to suffer. Naruto angrily points out Pain's hypocrisy, about how he claimed to strive for peace but everything he has done so far, including destroying the leaf, was the opposite of peace.
Naruto then forms a Rasenshuriken in his hand. Ko Hyuga informs Sakura, who knew how dangerous this Jutsu was to Naruto. To everyone’s surprise, Naruto then throws the Rasenshuriken at the opponents.
Naruto makes an entrance to the Hidden Leaf, now stronger than ever. He has a new look and his eyes are as perfect as Sage Mode eyes get. He has a cape and a Summoning Scroll around him, giving him a whole new feel of maturity.
Accompanying him are toads, large ones at that. Naruto is seen standing over a toad, who is on top of a toad, who is on top of another toad. All of these toads are well-respected warriors from Mount Myoboku.
A. Naruto vs Pain is 7 episodes long, starting from Naruto Shippuden Episode 163 and ending at Naruto Shippuden Episode 169.
A. Naruto wins. He uses Sage Mode to find out where Pain really is, and has a talk with him. After the talk, Pain admits defeat and returns every life he took in Konoha.
A. Pain is introduced as a bad person and the leader of the Akatsuki in Naruto. However, at the beginning of his life, he was a good person who was eventually corrupted by Obito Uchiha. Towards the end of his life, he realizes his wrongdoings and tries to undo them as well. So whether Pain was still a bad person is a subjective question.
