Kyle Thomas Busch is a professional American stock car racing driver born on May 2, 1985, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned the nickname "Rowdy" for his aggressive racing style and frequent run-ins with rivals on the track. Despite having a mixed reputation in the NASCAR paddock, Kyle Busch is well-respected for his accomplishments in the sport. He has won the NASCAR Cup Series Championship twice, in 2015 and 2019, and boasts 63 wins, 34 pole positions, and 378 top-ten finishes over 700 races during his 21-year career in the series.

Beyond the Cup Series, Busch has also excelled in the Xfinity Series, where he won the championship in 2009 and holds the record for the most race wins with 102 victories. Additionally, he has secured 70 pole positions and 267 top-ten finishes in the series. In the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Busch has also proven his prowess with 66 wins, 23 pole positions, and 141 top-ten finishes.

According to an article from Realtor.com, Kyle Busch and his family reside in a luxurious 15,000-square-foot mansion located in Denver, NC, along the shores of Lake Norman. He bought the property in 2012 for $7.5 million, which at the time set a record for the highest price home sale in the Charlotte area. This grand seven-bedroom estate, situated within a gated community, features a million-dollar kitchen renovation, a primary suite with stunning lake views, and a pool complete with a swim-up bar.

In early 2023, Busch listed the property for $13 million but later removed it from the market in October. As of August 2024, he still owns the mansion.
