Jorge Carlos Soler Castillo is a Cuban professional baseball player in Major Leagues Baseball. He was born in Havana, Cuba, on February 25, 1992, but he defected from the country in 2011. Jorge plays the position of a designated hitter and outfielder in the MLB. He is also known by his nickname El Crudo.

Jorge had played in the Cuban National Baseball team and was part of the 2010 Juniors World Series Championship. After defecting and coming to America, he was signed by the Chicago Cubs in 2012. Jorge debuted his MLB career in 2014 with the Cubs. Since then Jorge has been with three more teams, Kansas City Royals and Atlanta Braves, and is currently playing for the Miami Marlins.
