Pawan Kumar Sehrawat

Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is an Indian professional kabaddi player who plays in the Pro Kabaddi League. He is currently playing for the Bulls in the Season 6 of PKL as a raider. He single handedly helped the Bulls to win the PKL 2018 with 22 raid points from 25 raids. He had 282 points in the Pro Kabaddi 2018, the most by any player in the season.

Background

He was born on 9 July 1996 in New Delhi. He completed his education from Delhi University and works in the Indian Railways.

Debut

He debuted in the Season 1 of PKL with Bengaluru Bulls, and has been playing for them since.

Bengaluru Bulls brought him on Rs 52,80,000 for the current Season 6.

Prominent Achievements

Against Karnataka, he single-handedly scored a staggering 18 points in the Senior Nationals and was also outstanding in the Federation Cup. In his opening match of the PKL 2018, he scored a 20-point haul against the Tamil Thalaivas and followed it up with 16 points in the next game, against the same opposition. Pawan Kumar has been showcasing great raiding skills in the season 7 of Pro Kabaddi League, with earning more than 500 points till now. He scored a total of 29 points in a single match which is the third highest individual score in the League's history. His fast moves and raiding skills helped his team overturn a 11-point deficit.
