WWE Monday Night Raw: 10 November 2014 - Superstar ratings

The Echo Arena in Liverpool hosted WWE’s weekly flagship show Monday Night Raw with just 13 days to go for Survivor Series.Just like their last outing, the company put heavy emphasis on the main event of the pay-per-view between Team Cena and Team Authority while a certain forgotten big guy came out of nowhere to be the protagonist. There weren’t much to be excited about, apart from the handful of angles that WWE used to hype their Survivor Series main event but they were enough to keep the fans on their seats.WWE’s idea of advertising the Network in the heart of UK was another big headline from the show and here is a look at how all these developments shaped up this week’s Superstar Ratings.

#15 Paige 6

Paige was sure to get a win in the United Kingdom because that’s how the WWE roll. The feud between Alicia and Paige wasn’t properly thought of, and so the match fell flat. The big , big question now is about the future of the Brit as she is too good to be booked randomly in the divas division.

#14 Adam Rose 6

After struggling a lot to sell his party animal character, Adam Rose seems to have found the way back to the gimmick which actually suited him. Bringing back the Leo Kruger character will be the best for business move for Rose and his friction with the Bunny would be a good first step towards that.

#13 Jack Swagger 6

For a moment there the WWE Universe were fooled about Swagger’s future. They really believed that lady luck was smiling at him when he joined Team Cena but that excitement died off soon. Thanks to the curb stomping Seth Rollins who took out Swagger to complete the miserable saga.

#12 Miz and Mizdow 6.5

The Rumors of Miz and Mizdow winning the tag team championship might just be coming true after the win they got against Los Matadores. On a regular day its looks like a random win but since the Matadores defeated the champions recently, it has a whole lot of importance than what it seems on the cover.

#11 Tyson Kidd 6.5

Tyson Kidd was not booked in the best segment this time around but he did get a much needed win. In case you didn’t notice, Kidd is having an unbeaten run which might culminate into something big if the WWE backs him up for the talent that he has both in between the ropes and outside it.

#10 AJ Lee 6.5

The divas champion followed up on the slap incident last week with a match against Brie Bella. Though the two have had some good matches in the past, their latest addition seems boring due to the lack of time and WWE’s unwillingness to take the divas seriously for at least one segment.

#9 Dolph Ziggler - 6.5

Ziggler was the punching bag for yet another week as the Authority’s goons spared no mercy while attacking him. When Ziggler decided to join Team Cena, many expected that to be his ticket back to the main event scene but the writers clearly have no intention of pushing talent who deserve a push.

#8 Mark Henry 6.5

The heel turn is delivering the goods for Mark Henry. He is back in the main event scene, even if it is a temporary arrangement and looked good against Ziggler out there. A post Survivor Series feud against Big Show also looks to be set for the future, making Henry a relevant name in the roster.

#7 Erick Rowan 7

If you thought that the Shield splitting up was a great idea then the Wyatt Family is surely going to deliver a treat. Bray’s new run is turning out to be a success story while Luke Harper stole the show this week. Rowan on the other was creepy as usual in a mysterious new storyline involving Renee Young.

#6 Sheamus 7

Sheamus got the rematch he deserved against Rusev for the United States Championship but a timely interference from Kane ruined the outing. That interference apparently cost the Authority big time as Sheamus chose the opposite side so that he could get his hands on Rusev once again.

#5 Rusev 7.5

Rusev’s stock in WWE got a big boost this week thanks to his win against Sheamus. His future also seems to be secure with the Authority as the Bulgarian Brute will now be fighting it out to make sure that Hunter and Stephanie don’t go out of power after the clash between Team Cena and Team Authority.

#4 Seth Rollins 7.5

The Architect was all over the place on Raw. He got an impressive win over Jack Swagger earlier on the show and made sure that the Real American didn’t make it far. Though Kane is leading the charge, Rollins will clearly be the trump card for Hunter and his team at Survivor Series.

#3 John Cena 7.5

Cena was sure to have a tough time assembling a team against The Authority because Cena is no Nick Fury. His struggles eased out this week thanks to Sheamus and Big Show but the Cenation leader still has one more spot to fill in his team before heading for the Survivor Series showdown.

#2 Luke Harper 8

Harper just had ten seconds to make an impact and boy did he make one or what. The talent of Harper was there to be seen during his Wyatt Family days. The new singles run is going to help him stamp his place as a main event guy and maybe even surpass Bray Wyatt.

#1 Ryback 8

The earlier mentioned protagonist of the entire show is none other than Ryback. The big guy’s new face run was taken to whole new heights when Team Cena and Team Authority fought to get him on their respective teams. In the end, Ryback came out looking good and earned the best ranking of the week.
