
Casey Kaufhold, born on March 6, 2004, is a professional archer from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. She is the daughter of Rob and Carole Kaufhold. Rob is an expert archer who won the 1978 national championship and was a two-time member of the World Field team. Casey's older brother, Conner Kaufhold, is also an archer currently competing for Texas A&M University in barebow.
Casey began her professional archery career by competing in the 2017 U.S. National Indoor Championships, where she set new senior, junior, and cadet national records with an impressive score of 1162 out of 1200. At the 2019 Pan American Games, she won gold medals in both the women's team recurve and mixed team recurve events. She also won a bronze medal in the individual recurve competition, marking her first medal in an individual event.
While attending Conestoga Valley High School, Casey made her Olympic debut at the 2020 Tokyo Games, achieving 17th place in the individual competition. In 2024, she represented Team USA for the second time at the Paris Olympics, competing in both individual and team events. In the team competition, she and her teammates, Catalina Gnoriega and Jennifer Mucino, were eliminated by Chinese Taipei (Taiwan).
