Jeffrey Jendryk is an American professional volleyball player currently playing for both Prisma Volley and the United States national team as a middle blocker. He was born on September 15, 1995, and grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, USA. Jeff attended St. Francis High School starting in January 2010. During his time in high school, he was recognized for his talent and named among the 12 roster players selected to join the U.S. Men's Junior Volleyball National Team in 2013, just a year before he graduated. He played on the team for over two years and helped them qualify for the World Championship in Mexico.

When Jeffrey moved on to college in 2014, he attended Loyola University Chicago to study general finance and played sports as a student-athlete. In his second year, he had an amazing season, winning several awards: AVCA Newcomer of the Year, AVCA Second-Team All-America, Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Tournament, All-MIVA Second-Team, MIVA Academic All-Conference, and NCAA National Champions.

Since joining the U.S. Men's National Volleyball Team, he has won a bronze medal at the VNL (2018), a bronze medal at the World Championships (2018), a silver medal at the VNL in Chicago, a bronze medal at the World Cup (2019), placed 7th at the VNL (2021), and won a silver medal at the VNL and 5th place at the World Championships (2022). He runs a volleyball academy, Middle Beast Academy, where he teaches over 150 video lessons. The academy offers a yearly subscription that includes access to over 400 videos, each 2–7 minutes long, monthly classes, free gear, and a chance for a personalized call with the team.
