Elias was written off television in May after suffering a legitimate injury, tearing his pectoral muscle. The WWE SmackDown Superstar could reportedly be out for a long time, with Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer revealing that Elias could be out until WrestleMania 37.

Elias entered the final four of the Intercontinental Championship tournament, but as he could not compete, AJ Styles - his original opponent - was given a bye to reach the final, and eventually win the title.

Charlotte Flair - Could Return

Charlotte Flair was also recently written off television after being attacked by Nia Jax. WWE revealed that she suffered a collarbone injury, but it was later revealed by her that it wasn't a shoulder injury.

Flair had said last month that she will be out of action for just a few weeks and that she will return soon. Some reports have stated that she will miss SummerSlam, which happens in August. One thing is certain, Charlotte Flair will be back by the end of 2020, and it remains to be seen whom she will feud with next on WWE.
