#4. Becky Lynch initially did not want to outshine anyone

Becky Lynch's WWE career reached another level after she adopted The Man persona. Although many might wonder why it took her several years to fulfill her potential, the answer came from Lynch herself.

In an interview with Fanbyte, Lynch revealed that she initially did not want to outshine anyone or make anybody feel uncomfortable. Nonetheless, her career took off once she stopped doing that.

“I think for a long time I used to dumb myself down because I didn’t want to outshine anyone or make anybody feel uncomfortable. And then once I stopped doing that and was like, no, you wanna get on my level, come meet me up here. I think it sparked a bit of a fire in everyone. I guess it’s more about being yourself and being relentless in chasing your dreams. Don’t let anybody be the reason you’re dumbing yourself down and making yourself small, and go after what you want with no apologies."

Lynch's decision led her to become one of the most popular WWE Superstars on the roster today. She is also one of the faces of Vince McMahon's company.
