In a perfect world, people would be able to eat what they want, whenever they want and not have to worry about their expanding waistbands.

Unfortunately, we can't spend our time scoffing burgers and munching on Pizza, and this is the same for WWE Superstars. As athletes, the people at WWE often have to keep to a strict diet, so that they can compete in the ring at their very best.

#5: Braun Strowman

The Monster Among Men has said he spends over a hundred dollars each week on Chipotle.
The Monster Among Men has said he spends over a hundred dollars each week on Chipotle.

Put it this way: You don't get a title like 'the Monster Among Men', without taking your food very seriously. And unlike other past monsters like Cyclops' or fairytale giants, Braun Strowman can't rely on snacking down on villagers.

Instead, Strowman ingests a whopping 15,000 calories and has admitted that the majority of that comes from fast food chain Chipotle.

"I'm trying to get Chipotle to sponsor me, because I spend $150 a week in there. It's $25 dollars for every bowl. It's three scoops of steak, two scoops of chicken, double guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and corn."

That may seem like a lot of food, but it takes a lot for Strowman to power his near-400lbs frame, and when you consider the amount of energy he burns both in the ring, travelling from shows and training at the gym, it's clear that Chipotle has a customer for life.

#4: Ronda Rousey

Rousey takes her wings very seriously.
Rousey takes her wings very seriously.

Even before Ronda Rousey stepped foot in the WWE, the former RAW Women's Champion was a phenomenal athlete.

A star of UFC, Rousey competed for Team USA in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where she captured Bronze in the Women's 70kg Women's Judo competition.

Despite all this high-intensity work, Rousey does enjoy a cheat meal and has said how Buffalo Chicken Wings are her go-to sin.

In a Reddit AMA from 2015, the Rowdy One described her favourite cheat meal as "Buffalo Wings naked with Chunky Blue Cheese and extra Hot Sauce on the side."

In a separate interview, Rousey made it clear her love for Hot Wings, telling self.com:

“I eat about 50 hot wings. I love hot wings. After my last fight, one of the UFC owners flew in a private chef from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro so that he could make me hot wings because there are no hot wings in Rio! That’s how important they are to me.”

#3: Bill Goldberg

The former Universal Champion enjoys cooking his own meals.
The former Universal Champion enjoys cooking his own meals.

Standing at a towering 6' 4'' and weighing in at 285lbs, it's hard to imagine former Universal Champion Bill Goldberg being at home in the kitchen. But according to an interview with GQ, the former WCW and WWE Superstar loves cooking, and takes his food very seriously now in his 50s.

I’ve cleaned up my diet quite a bit. I didn’t use to be as strict with my fat intake. I mean, I didn’t even know what “Gluten-free” was then. I ate everything that I saw back then. And it didn’t matter because I was younger and my metabolism was even faster.

Though he takes his food seriously, the Hall of Famer did reveal Popcorn to be his cheat after a long day. A small cheat to be fair, but who doesn't enjoy a big bucket of popcorn when you're curled up watching your favourite movie?

#2: John Cena

Cena has a serious sweet tooth, though he refers to cheat days as load days.

With 16 World Championships under his belt and a Hall of Fame induction practically guaranteed, John Cena has had a truly incredible career.

Throughout his time in the ring, Cena has accomplished incredible feats, from returning months early from injury at the 2008 Royal Rumble, to lifting both the Big Show and Edge simultaneously at WrestleMania 25.

And though Cena has always been a clean-cut model for healthy living, Big Match John isn't afraid of a cheat meal.

According to Foodbeast, Cena doesn't enjoy the term 'cheat' days, saying that people letting themselves cheat once, will lead to repeated cheating on their diet.

Instead referring to it as load days, Cena's sweet tooth emerges on these days, as his go-to meals usually consist of pancakes, french toast, muffins, cookies, pies and ice cream.

#1: The Rock

The Brahma Bull has an incredible diet that allows him crazy cheat days.
The Brahma Bull has an incredible diet that allows him crazy cheat days.

As the most electrifying man in Sports Entertainment and a former WWE Champion, it's clear that The Rock was in incredible shape during his wrestling career.

And though he may no longer be an active Superstar, the Brahma Bull's Hollywood career has meant Rock has had to keep his iconic physique, though even he isn't immune to a cheat meal.

According to his Instagram, the Great One loves Sushi as one of his main cheat meals, often devouring hundreds of pieces of the Japanese delicacy on massive plates.

It seems that The Rock also has a sweet tooth, as he is also found of cookies and pancakes but despite some of these meals topping over 15,000 calories, the Fast and Furious star has always been able to maintain his physique, showing his incredible focus on fitness.
