This week's episode of All Elite Wrestling Dynamite was headlined by the final of the AEW World Tag-Team Tournament as The Lucha Bros faces Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky of SCU. We also saw Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks in action, as well as an appearance from Jon Moxley. We also had a contract signing segment between Cody and AEW World Champion Chris Jericho ahead of their showdown at Full Gear next month. All in all, it was another action-packed night of wrestling with twists and turns.

Sammy Guevara vs 'Hangman' Adam Page

This week's episode of AEW Dynamite started with Sammy Guevara taking on Adam Page in singles action. Page was dominant in the opening stages of the match, using his experience and size to his advantage. Page tossed Guevara around until the latter did a backflip over Page before taking him down. It was Guevara's chance to be on the offense until another brief back and forth between the two.

Guevara then headed to the top rope and in a moment of arrogance, leapt off and slapped Page. As Guevara showed off for the cameras, Page was back up and gave back as good as he got. He ate a thrust kick and replied with a sidewalk slam to Guevara on the ring apron.

Back in the ring, Guevara charged at Page who hit him with the Buckshot Lariat out of nowhere to leave Dynamite with the win.

After the match, Page took the mic to address Pac. He warned Pac that at Full Gear, he would rip PAC's head off.

Shanna vs Hikaru Shida

Hikaru Shida returned to All Elite Wrestling for the first time since All Out to take on the debuting Shanna. Shida put in an impressive performance dominating most of the match. At one point she set up a chair at ringside before leaping off it to hit a rising knee strike.

Shida also hit an impressive double stomp off the top rope into Shanna's chest before finishing her opponent off with a running knee strike.

The Rock N' Ross Express get ambushed

The Rock N' Roll Express were on Dynamite tonight as special guests to crown the first AEW Tag-Team Champions. As they were coming out of the ring, Santana and Ortiz attacked Morton and Gibson before double-teaming Ricky Morton and sending him through the stage.

The Young Bucks had to come out and chase Santana and Ortiz away before referees and medical personnel came out to get some help.


John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and QT Marshall vs The Best Friends and Orange Cassidy

The Best Friends and Orange Cassidy came out cosplaying Rick and Morty on Halloween-eve as they made short work of Silver, Reynolds, and Marshall. The babyfaces dominated most of the match/ The finishing segment saw Orange Cassidy hit a suicide dive to take out Reynolds and Marshall before The Best Friends finished off Silver for the win.

Chris Jericho and Cody sign their contract for Full Gear

The contract signing segment itself was pretty uneventful with Jericho cutting a brief promo calling out the fans in the arena. As Cody and Jericho faced off afterward, Sammy Guevara appeared on the screen from the parking lot.

We then saw Jake Hager unloading on Cody's brother Dustin Rhodes. Hager hit Rhodes with a low blow before sending his head into the side of the limo. As Rhodes tried to crawl back into the limo, Hager mercilessly slammed the door into his hand. We then saw Cody, MJF and a handful of security chase off the heels before tending to Rhodes.


The Hybrid 2 and Kip Sabian vs The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega

Kenny Omega and The Bucks dominated most of this match although we some impressive offense from Kip Sabian and Jack Evans multiple times. At one point during the match, Angelico had Matt Jackson on his shoulders when Jack Evans did a flip off Jackson's back into his brother at ringside.

We also saw Omega and The Bucks catch Kip Sabian in midair before hitting him with a triple powerbomb into the apron. Omega then hit Jack Evans with a V-Trigger before hitting him with the One-Winged Angel for the win.

As Matt and Nick Jackson celebrated after the match with the fans at ringside, Santana and Ortiz attacked them before being chased away by Omega.

Jon Moxley makes a statement ahead of Full Gear

'The Librarian' Peter Avalon came down to the ring with Leva Bates to address the fans in the arena. He was interrupted by Jon Moxley who hit him with a Paradigm Shift before taking the mic. Moxley said that his match with Kenny Omega was now unsanctioned according to those in charge. He said that the suits were trying to keep him down because he marched to the beat of his own drum. Moxley then promised that at Full Gear, he would beat Kenny Omega to within an inch of his life before leaving the arena.


Lucha Bros vs SCU (AEW Tag-Team Championship Final)

The match started with a brawl between the 4 men before Pentagon and Kazarian started as the legal men. Pentagon got a nearfall early on after planting Kazarian before Scorpio Sky came in to make the save. As Kazarian leaned against the top rope, Fenix ran across the top rope and booted him across the face.

Kazarian and Sky soon got back in the match as they momentarily neutralized Pentagon before Kazarian isolated Fenix, but not for long. Fenix leapt over Sky and then bounced off the middle rope to hit Kazarian with his patented armdrag.

Pentagon then had Kazarian held at ringside and Fenix hit a legdrop from inside the ring to the floor outside. Kazarian looked in trouble at this point but hit Fenix with the Angel's Wings before finally making his tag. SCU had Fenix in position for the SCUlater but Pentagon came in to make the save. Pentagon hit Kazarian with a Canadian Destroyer before Fenix hit Scorpio Sky a Cutter for a nearfalll.

Pentagon then powerbombed Kazarian through the announcer's table at ringside. The Lucha Bros had Scorpio Sky in place to finish him off, but Sky rolled up Pentagon and pinned him as Kazarian came back in and took out Fenix.

SCU win to become the first-ever AEW World Tag-Team Champions
