WWE's grand event in Saudi Arabia, the Greatest Royal Rumble is just a day away. The event is set to rival WrestleMania with a stacked card and a magnificent stage being set-up at the King Abdullah Sports Stadium at Jeddah.

Ten matches are set for the card including the 50-man Royal Rumble match, and seven titles will be defended at the event, including all singles and tag team titles except, of course, the women's titles.

With that in mind, let's have a look at all the major rumours surrounding the Greatest Royal Rumble event.

#5 Outcome of the Universal Title match is not decided yet

Who will walk out as the Champion on Friday?

At WrestleMania 34, Roman Reigns was largely expected to walk out of the Superdome as the new Universal Champion. However, WWE pulled off a shocker when they decided to have Lesnar retain the title after a brutal beat down on The Big Dog.

When the rematch was announced for the GRR, fans expected that Reigns would certainly win this time around, mostly due to the fact that Lesnar is not on a full-time contract with WWE anymore and because of Reigns' popularity in the Middle East.

However, it has now been reported that WWE is yet to decide the outcome of the match, and will probably take a decision at the last minute. It is safe to say that after these reports, and after the WrestleMania shocker, the outcome of the Universal Championship match is almost unpredictable right now.

#4 Multiple title changes expected

There will be new Raw Tag Team Champions crowned at Saudi Arabia

This Friday at Jeddah, seven Championship Titles will be on the line - WWE Championship, Universal Championship, Intercontinental Championship, US Championship, Cruiserweight Championship and finally Tag Team Championships of both brands.

With all the major titles on the line, rumours are flying about that there will be multiple title changes at the event, according to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer fame.

While it is unlikely that the WWE Championship, Intercontinental and Cruiserweight Championships will change hands with the Championships having an advantage in momentum going in, there is a definite possibility of other title matches having shocking winners.

Then again, WWE might surprise the fans and have major title changes too, including the three mentioned above.

#3 Length of the show and the Royal Rumble Match

The show is set to be a 6-hour long extravaganza

We reported last week that the GRR event will possibly be six hours long including the one-hour pre-show.

If this is true, the event will almost match up to WrestleMania in its length, which goes on to show how important WWE perceives the event to be.

Additionally, as we reported earlier today, Mike Johnson of PW Insider has now speculated that the runtime of the 50-man Royal Rumble match will be a minimum of 98 minutes including the entrances.

This means that the actual match will go on for even longer, possibly surpassing the longest match in WWE history - the Gauntlet Match on Raw a few weeks ago.

#2 Women Superstars are getting a huge payoff for the event as well

The two women had to wear special full-body gear in Abu Dhabi

One of the controversies surrounding the Greatest Royal Rumble has been the fact that women are not being allowed to wrestle in the event.

The women of WWE made history last year when Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss became the first women to wrestle in the Middle East when they had their match in Abu Dhabi, but the comparatively stricter Saudi Arabia wouldn't allow women to be on the show.

However, there seems to be a silver lining of sorts for the women. Jerry "The King" Lawler, in his podcast Dinner with The King, mentioned that though they aren't a part of the show, the women are getting a huge payoff.

In the same show, Jim Cornette also revealed that WWE is making a very large amount of money by holding the event in Saudi Arabia.

#1 Winner of the Greatest Royal Rumble

Daniel Bryan might make history by winning the first ever 50-man Royal Rumble

Betting is a big part of sports entertainment and usually a good indicator of what will go down at the event.

For instance, during the last hour or so before WrestleMania, the odds of Reigns winning the Universal Championship match went down drastically - and that's exactly what happened - as Reigns failed to win the bout.

The latest odds indicate that none other than the returning Daniel Bryan would walk out as the winner of the historic 50-man match at Jeddah.

There are two ways of looking at this - Bryan winning makes sense as he is arguably the most popular wrestler on the WWE roster today, but then again, the winner is sure to gain a lot of momentum in his career going ahead and for this reason, the winner should be someone else who needs it.

Bryan is already popular and does not really need a win to keep his popularity with the fans.
