It's Gold Rush time. WWE Clash of Champions 2020 will take place on Sunday, Sept. 27 in the WWE ThunderDome located in the Amway Center in Orlando, FL.

Similar to its predecessor Night of Champions, every championship in the company will be on the line at the annual pay-per-view. This will be the fourth Clash of Champions in the event's chronology.

There will be nine massive championship matches this time as major stars like Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre defend their respective titles. Jeff Hardy's Intercontinental title defense will come in the form of a ladder match against previous champions, AJ Styles, and a returning Sami Zayn.

Without further ado, let's see which hungry contender will leave with the top prize on Sunday.

WWE RAW Women's Championship Match - Asuka (c) vs. Zelina Vega

Titles rarely change hands on the pre-show and that probably won't change this weekend. Zelina Vega declared her intention to challenge Asuka for the RAW Women's Championship on Sept. 14. She beat Mickie James on the following episode to earn a shot at the Empress of Tomorrow. This women's title feud was built within the space of two weeks. Do better WWE.

Asuka will retain.

WWE RAW Tag Team Championship Match - The Street Profits (c) vs. Andrade & Angel Garza

WWE has planted seeds for Andrade and Garza's breakup and the duo are slowly drifting apart. With their recent arguments, the impending question is can the Latinos stay on the same page? However, a win for Andrade and Garza here will be the perfect catalyst for their implosion and a big blow-off match at Survivor Series.

So, Andrade and Angel Garza will produce the first title change of the night.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match - Shayna Baszler (c) & Nia Jax vs. The Riott Squad

Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax will retain at the expense of the recently reunited Riott Squad. Despite being an actual team, Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott have a feeble chance against their monster opponents. The odd and dominant pairing of Jax and Baszler will get a lengthy run with the tag belts before WWE inevitably splits them up.

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler will win in a squash.

WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match - Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro (c) vs. Lucha House Party

WWE is teasing another breakup in a storyline featuring Lucha House Party and this signals a successful defense for The King of Strong Style and The Swiss Cyborg. It remains to be seen how the trio can get along. There's going to be miscommunication between the luchadors that will eventually lead to a dramatic blowup.

Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro will retain followed by a Kalisto heel turn.

WWE United States Championship Match - Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Apollo Crews

The Hurt Business is the most over stable on RAW right now and there's no need to take the title off of "The All Mighty" Bobby Lashley. Still, this match will likely end in a no-contest finish with RETRIBUTION's getting involved. Ricochet, MVP, Cedric Alexander can also join as WWE works towards a RETRIBUTION vs. The Hurt Business clash at the Survivor Series.

Apollo Crews will win via DQ and Lashley will retain due to RETRIBUTION's shenanigans.

WWE SmackDown Women's Championship Match - Bayley (c) vs. Nikki Cross

Another women's bout that lacks a credible build and challenger. Fans have seen these two women wrestle several times this year and The Role Model has always had the upper hand. Expect some sort of interference from Alexa Bliss on Sunday, costing Nikki Cross the title.

Bayley will retain her title until Sasha Banks takes it from her.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Triple Threat Winner Takes All Ladder Match - Jeff Hardy (c) vs. AJ Styles Vs Sami Zayn

With three great wrestlers and ladders involved, this bout could well be the match of the night. The ThunderDome's maiden ladder match will feature the current champion, Jeff Hardy, the former champion, AJ Styles, and the man who still thinks he is the champion, Sami Zayn.

Sami Zayn will win, mainly because he is right. He never lost his title and the belt was unjustly taken from him. Also, this version of Zayn has been great and he is here to stay.

WWE Universal Championship Match - Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso

This is a fresh matchup and possibly the most exciting bout on the card. Roman Reigns is the best character on WWE programming right now and his heel turn has been nearly flawless. This family affair is a perfect story for his first Universal title defense. A brutal post-match beat down on Jey Uso could grant The Big Dog some actual heat. All Hail the Tribal Chief.

WWE Championship Ambulance Match - Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Randy Orton

14 Times. Randy Orton is walking out Clash of Champions as a world champion for the 14th time

We are on the fence about this. However, it might be time to accept that Drew McIntyre is going to drop the title to The Apex Predator on Sunday. WWE usually schedules a Champion vs. Champion bout for Survivor Series and Orton is the sensible opponent for Roman Reigns at the moment.

McIntyre vs. Reigns is a bigger money match and they will probably save it for a major pay-per-view when fans can return to live event. The Ambulance match stipulation and McIntyre's broken jaw are a smart move. This serves the purpose of protecting Drew as he doesn't have to be pinned to lose his title.
