The former NXT Cruiserweight Champion Angel Garza made his WWE Raw debut earlier this year. He arrived as Zelina Vega's associate in March 2020, while Andrade was serving his 30-day suspension for a Wellness Policy violation.
In this short period, Garza seems to have made a great impression on the WWE Chairman. A report indicates that Mr. McMahon thinks Garza is like a ‘young Eddie Guerrero.'
Considering an earlier report that Vince McMahon only knew Garza as Humberto Carrillo's cousin before his Raw debut, the young Mexican star has quickly risen in ranks in WWE. It's not rocket science to know how beneficial being McMahon's favorite could be for the third-generation wrestler.
Recently, WWE has indicated dissension between Andrade and Garza. They have struggled to gel well together. But, reports have stated that the Mexican duo is in line for a tag team push.
Andrade and Garza will likely win the tag team title at some point this year. So, it should not be surprising to see Garza showing off a title belt around his waist soon.
