Radio stations are undoubtedly an important part of the GTA 5 experience, and the community often praises them outside the game. Rockstar Games skillfully included some of the best radio stations that fill the void during long rides. The upcoming game is also expected to have multiple radio stations with banger song selections. While many fans expect their favorite stations to return in the future, some should better be left in the current game only.

Despite their popularity and song selections, these stations may not fit the vibe of Vice City. This article lists five such radio stations from GTA 5 that should not return in GTA 6.

Five radio stations in GTA 5 that should not be a part of GTA 6

1) Los Santos Rock Radio

While the Los Santos Rock Radio is one of the most popular stations in GTA 5, it should not be a part of the Grand Theft Auto 6 radio station list. The main reason is in its name which indicates that it is a station based on and for the region of Los Santos.

Since Vice City is completely a different city, Rockstar Games should not include radio stations from other locations just to fill the void. Instead, the State of Leonida should have its own Rock radio station with new songs.

2) West Coast Classics

The West Coast Classics radio perfectly reflects the vibe of the American West Coast songs. Since GTA 5’s Los Santos is based on real-life Los Angeles, the songs perfectly fit the overall environment. However, the Grand Theft Auto 6 map is expected to be based on real-life Florida, which is on the south-eastern coast of America.

The music tastes of both sides of the coast are completely different and often compete with one another. Therefore, the West Coast Classics radio station from GTA 5 makes no sense in the State of East Coast Leonida.

3) Blaine County Radio

The Blaine County Radio is a small radio station that only operates in the Blaine County region of the GTA 5 map. If you search for the station in Los Santos County or travel towards it, Blaine County Radio will disappear from the radio wheel.

Since it already does not cover the entire state of San Andreas, Blaine County Radio should not be a part of Grand Theft Auto 6 as well. Otherwise, the implementation will be paradoxical, and its lore must be changed.

4) West Coast Talk Radio

The West Coast Talk Radio or WCTR is an OG radio station that has been in the series since Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. However, similar to the GTA 5 Blaine County Radio, West Coast Talk Radio also works in a limited region only (Los Santos County).

In the Grand Theft Auto series, WCTR has always been a part of Los Santos. Therefore, it should be left in GTA 5 until Rockstar Games decides to include the location again in future projects. Moreover, the coastal difference will also be noticeable in the Grand Theft Auto 6 gameplay.

5) WorldWide FM

The WorldWide FM is a very underwhelming radio station in GTA 5. Although it has been a part of the game since day one, it failed to impress the playerbase. One possible reason could be that it plays jazz music, which is not very popular among the masses.

Therefore, despite being a global radio station, WorldWide FM is one of the things that should not return in Grand Theft Auto 6. Instead, Rockstar Games should focus more on Florida-based songs and music genres, so that players could enjoy flying or driving down the freeway at high speeds.
