Which WrestleMania has the highest attendance?

There is no single answer to that question. Firstly, if we talk about which WrestleMania event has the highest attendance of all time, the answer will be WrestleMania 38 (2022). It was a two-night event.

77,899 people were present at Night One which was headlined by Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kevin Owens while 78,453 fans made their way to Night Two, where the main event was Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. This leads to a total attendance of 156,352.

However, if the question is about the attendance record on a single WrestleMania night, then the record stays with WrestleMania 32 (2016). A total of 101,763 fans entered the AT&T Stadium in Texas to witness the event which was headlined by Roman Reigns and Triple H.
