On Friday, July 13, 2025, the official website and X (formerly Twitter) account for Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 unveiled a new date visual, featuring Mini Yaemori, and confirmed the July 1, 2025, advanced streaming on d Anime Store and DMM TV services in Japan. The series will debut on Japanese televisions on July 4, 2025.
Produced by TMS Entertainment, Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 continues the adaptation of the original manga series, written and illustrated by Reiji Miyajima. Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine has been serializing the rom-com manga since July 2017, compiling its chapters into 40 tankobon volumes.
Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 set to be digitally distributed on ABEMA and d Anime Store on July 1, 2025
According to the latest update from the official staff on Friday, June 13, 2025, Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 will be digitally available on DMM TV and d Anime Store at 10 pm JST from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, onwards.
Previously, it was announced that the series would be broadcast on MBS, TBS, and other affiliated networks on July 4, 2025, at 26:23 (effectively July 5, 2025, at 2:23 am JST) during the Animeism timeslot. Crunchyroll is set to stream the series as it airs in Japan.

The advanced streaming is unlikely to have English subtitles, as it will be streamed on Japanese services. However, Crunchyroll will stream the episodes of the fourth installment in English and other languages.
Along with the details on the show's advanced digital streaming, a new "date" visual for Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4 has arrived. Shared on the anime's official X account and website, the illustration depicts Mini Yaemori showing a snowman she has built.
Cast and staff for Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4
The main cast members from the previous seasons will reprise their roles in Rent-A-Girlfriend season 4, including Shun Horie as Kazuya Kinoshita, Sora Amamiya as Chizuru Mizuhara, Nao Toyama as Ruka Sarashina, Aoi Yuki as Mami Nanami, Yu Serizawa as Mini Yaemori, and Rie Takahashi as Sumi Sakurasawa.
Kazuomi Koga directs the fourth season at TMS Entertainment, with Mitsutaka Hirota in charge of the series scripts and composition. Kanna Hirayama designs the characters, while Yumiko Nakaba is the editor. Shintaro Sakai is the show's photography director, while Hyadain handles the series' music composition.
The series is slated to be released in split cours, covering the Hawaii Trip Arc from Reiji Miyajima's eponymous manga series. As such, the series will pick up the adaptation from chapter 168 and show memorable moments between Kazuya and Chizuru.
