Colby Rogers is a guard who plays for the Memphis Tigers, as of March 2025. He began his college basketball career at California Polytechnic State University in 2019 and averaged 10.0 points in two seasons. He transferred to Siena College in 2021 and played 28 games for them, averaging 14.1 points per game. He decided to move to Wichita State University in 2023 with only two years of eligibility remaining. As a redshirt junior in the 2023-24 season, Rogers started in all 34 games and averaged a team-high 16.4 points. In 2024, he transferred to the University of Memphis for his final season of eligibility.
Before his collegiate career, Rogers went to Newton High School in Covington, Georgia and he helped the Rams reach a state semi-final appearance in his sophomore year. He spent his last two years of high school at Roselle Catholic High School in Roselle, New Jersey and guided Roselle Catholic to back-to-back Tournament of Champions titles with a 28-4 record, according to the Memphis Tigers' website.
