Max Brosmer is a collegiate football quarterback for the Minnesota Golden Gophers, representing the University of Minnesota in the Big Ten Conference. Before joining the Golden Gophers in 2024, he played for the New Hampshire Wildcats from 2019 to 2023. Brosmer attended Centennial High School in Roswell, where he began to develop his skills as a quarterback. He earned a starting position at UNH right from his freshman year, making him the first true freshman to start at quarterback for the Wildcats in 2019.

Brosmer enrolled at the University of New Hampshire in 2019. In his freshman season, he completed 183 of 311 passes for 1,967 yards, recording 12 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. His sophomore season was marred by injury; he played only one game due to a torn ACL, that sidelined him for the entire 2021 season. Returning strong in 2022, Brosmer led the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) with 3,464 passing yards and 29 touchdowns, earning him All-American honors and recognition as a finalist for the prestigious Walter Payton Award. As of December 2024, Brosmer played in 40 games, throwing for over 9,300 yards and achieving a completion rate of 62.1%. After entering the NCAA transfer portal following the conclusion of his senior season at UNH, Brosmer chose to join the Minnesota Golden Gophers. In the 2024 season, Max Brosmer completed 250 out of 374 passes for 2,617 yards, with 17 touchdowns and 5 interceptions, playing in 12 games for the Gophers.
