Parthiv Patel will be a part of Virat Kohli's RCB in IPL 2020

Parthiv Patel made his India debut in a Test match against England in August 2002 as a fresh-faced 17-year-old, and soon made his limited-overs debut in January 2003. However, a combination of poor wicket-keeping and indifferent form meant that he was dropped in favour of Dinesh Karthik, who was in turn sidelined to accommodate MS Dhoni.

Parthiv is still very much active in the IPL, and although he made a Test comeback after a massive gap, he hasn't played a game for India since 2018. The gloveman has featured in 25 Tests, 38 ODIs and 2 T20Is for the country, without a single hundred to his name.

Parthiv has played for a number of IPL franchises, and is currently part of Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). With rumours of AB de Villiers keeping wickets doing the rounds, the 35-year-old might be benched in favour of youngster Devdutt Padikkal.

Harbhajan Singh withdrew from IPL 2020 due to personal reasons

Harbhajan Singh made his international debut in a Test against Australia in March 1998, more than 6 years before MS Dhoni. And at 40 years old, the off-spinner is still very much active at the IPL level.

Harbhajan pulled out of IPL 2020 citing personal reasons but had he stayed, he would've been a sure-shot fixture in his CSK captain's playing XI. The Turbanator has been a consistent performer for the side since leaving the Mumbai Indians, and his departure has left the Men in Yellow without a full-time off-spinner.

Harbhajan has expressed his desire to make a comeback to the Indian T20I fold, but his withdrawal from IPL 2020 has all but killed that dream.
