Abhishek Sharma was part of India's victorious U19 team. In the U19 World Cup, the left-arm spinner impressed everyone with his control and consistency. He was successful in strangling the batsmen in the middle overs.

Apart from his accurate bowling, his aggressive batting in the lower-order can provide some quick runs to the Daredevils in the death overs. The Punjab all-rounder can replace the out-of-form Vijay Shankar in the playing XI.

Gurkeerat Mann has the ability to bat well against the spinners

Gurkeerat Mann Singh was bought by Delhi Daredevils for 75 lakhs at the auction. The Punjab all-rounder is a veteran in the domestic circuit and his experience of playing in Indian conditions can add stability to Delhi Daredevils' fragile middle-order.

He is also a more-than-useful off-spin bowler and has bowled some tight spells for his previous franchise, Kings XI Punjab. Gurkeerat can bat at any position in the batting order and can be used as a floater. Taking into consideration his experience and past record, he surely deserves a go in the playing XI.

Is it time to unleash Amit Mishra?

Amit Mishra is the second highest wicket-taker in IPL history with 134 wickets. The experienced leg-spinner has been one of the most consistent performers in IPL and has deceived the batsmen with his loopy deliveries for years.

He was bought by Delhi Daredevils for a hefty amount of 4 crores at the auction. However, surprisingly he hasn't been included in the Playing XI till now.

Mishra is an attacking bowler and has the ability to provide crucial breakthroughs in the middle overs. He can be slotted in the Playing XI in place of Shahbaz Nadeem, who has had a mediocre season so far. Mishra can help ease Delhi Daredevils' bowling woes.
