#1 Rilee Rossouw

Rilee Rossouw has been in great form over the last few months and has been scoring runs at a good strike rate. He finished as the highest run scorer in the Bangladesh Premier League with 558 runs at an average of 69.75 and had a terrific strike rate of 150. He had a strike rate in excess of 135 in the Pakistan Super League and scored 295 runs.

RR didn't have an overseas option for their middle order as the likes of Ben Stokes and Ashton Turner were in poor form. Liam Livingstone is a top order batsman and they didn't have other options. Rossouw would have been a good option for them as he could have shored up the middle order. He could have finished off games for them with his calmness and big shots.

Rilee has scored 4071 runs in 159 innings at an average of 29.07 with a strike rate of 133.7 in T20 cricket and would have proved to be a valuable addition to the Rajasthan squad.
