IPL 2019 Twitter Watch: CSK vs RCB funny twitter banter ends with a beautiful picture

The much expected IPL 2019 fixtures have been announced yesterday by the BCCI. The board has announced the schedule only for two weeks, keeping one eye on the General Elections. They have said that the remaining fixtures will be announced once the Indian Government reveal the dates for the upcoming elections.

There will be 17 games in the first two weeks, where each team get to play a minimum of four games. Two will be played at home and the other two away from home.

The first game of the season will be played on 23rd March between defending champions Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai. CSK fans will be elated to see their team at home, which is something they missed during the second half of the last season. RCB, on the other hand, will be trying harder to secure their first IPL title.

There will be great fun when they both meet on the field. Even on social media, the banter game between the two loyal sets of fans is something to look forward to every year.

The Twitter battle began as soon as the fixtures were announced. It all began when RCB Twitter handle took the first shot at their South Indian counterpart.

The Chennai Twitter handle also tweeted a picture of Dhoni and Kohli hugging.

CSK has managed to reach the playoffs in all the seasons of the Indian Premier League. They have managed to win the trophy thrice. Whereas RCB is looking to win their first IPL trophy in this season. So as usual, even this IPL season is going to be very exciting!
