Colin Munro has been a consistent performer in the shortest format of the game but he was not at his best in IPL 2019. The explosive batsman could only manage 84 runs in the four innings.

Furthermore, it is not only New Zealander's poor performance that may lead to the end of his contract with Delhi Capitals but it is also the team opening combinations. The Delhi franchise already has two designated openers in Prithvi Shaw and Shikhar Dhawan and thus is going to be hard for the left-hander to retain his place in the side.
