The Kiwi pacer who plays for Canterbury in the domestic circuit has represented New Zealand in 6 T20I matches, picking up seven wickets at an economy of 8.68. He was bought by the two-time winners, Chennai Super Kings at the 2014 IPL auctions and was a part of the squad for two seasons (2014 and 2015). Unfortunately, he did not get a chance to don the Yellow jersey in those two seasons.

In the 2017 IPL auctions, he was bought by the Kings XI Punjab franchise for INR 50 lakh. He played two matches for the Preity Zinta co-owned franchise, picking up a solitary wicket. Henry, who has played nine Tests and 35 ODIs for the Blackcaps is an experienced campaigner, having played for Worcestershire, Derbyshire, and Kent in the English county.
