John Hastings

An experienced T20 campaigner, Hastings has played for several teams in the English county, Pakistan Super League, Sri Lankan Premier League and of course the Big Bash League. Though Hastings has been a part of three IPL franchises so far (Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Chennai Super Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders), he has played just three games in his IPL career, in which he has taken three wickets.

More of a bowling all-rounder, Hastings has scored 201 runs in 25 innings at a strike-rate of 142.55 and has 52 Big Bash wickets to his name at an economy of 8.0 with his best figures being 4/14. He captained the Melbourne Stars in the 2017-18 Big Bash, after taking over the reigns from all-rounder, David Hussey. Hastings has represented the Aussies in 9 T20I matches, scoring 46 runs and picking up seven wickets.
