Mumbai Indians is one of the most successful teams in the history of IPL. With three titles to its name, the Mumbai-based franchise holds the distinction of winning the most number of IPL trophies in the first 10 years of the tournament. After a subdued run in the first two seasons, the men in blue managed to make it to the final four in 7 of the remaining 8 seasons.

Coming into the tournament as the defending champions, MI had stakes running high on it. However, much to the disappointment of its fans, the franchise hasn't been able to get on a winning spree this season. With 4 wins in 10 games, the Rohit Sharma-led unit will be keen on winning all its remaining encounters to make it to the playoffs.
