Chelsea to lodge a bid for Alvaro Morata

After suffering defeat in their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku, the Blues have shifted focus towards Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata. AS claim that Chelsea are ready to submit a £70 million bid for the striker who is keen on a reunion with his former manager, Antonio Conte. Real Madrid want to sell the player and might agree for this bid from the English champions. Morata is expected to sign a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge.

Swansea put a £50 million price tag on Gylfi Sigurdsson

Sky Sports have reported that the Swans will not sell their Icelandic playmaker, Gylfi Sigurdsson for less than £50 million. This might come as a shock for Everton who already had a £32 million bid rejected last week. Ronald Koeman is keen on landing Sigurdsson but it remains to be seen if the Toffees are ready splash such a big amount on an attacker. Leicester City are also rumoured to be interested in.
