Leonardo Jardim hoping Kylian Mbappe will stay
AS Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim his hoping that teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe will stay at the club, despite reports linking the 18-year-old to world record moves away from the Stade Louis II outfit. It has been heavily reported that Arsenal and Real Madrid are willing to break the transfer record to sign the Frenchman.
Speaking in an interview with RMC, Jardim said: "I did not talk to him, because he knows how we work, that we want to keep him. I think the club and he will make the best decision. I hope to keep the right players. It is not [just] me, all the coaches of the world [would] like to keep the best [players]. But with the Monaco project, maybe it's not possible to always keep the best. We're going to look at what's going to happen."
PSG want AS Monaco duo
According to French outlet L’Equipe, PSG are preparing to lure two AS Monaco superstars to the Parc des Princes in the upcoming transfer window. The two Monaco superstars being Kylian Mbappe and Fabinho, with a £39 bid already having been submitted for the midfielder which has been rejected.
