Professional golfer and model, Blair O'Neal, was born on May 14, 1981. The Macomb, Illinois, native went to Tempe's Corona del Sol High School, followed by Arizona State University in 1999-2003. She played golf throughout, winning several awards and honors, finally turning professional in 2003. Further, she pursued the Symetra Tour but had to take a halt due to an injury. Thus, she began modeling and got her break at the Golf Channel's Big Break in 2009. Following this, she revived her golfing career and played professionally till 2014.

O'Neal bid farewell to her golfing career and re-focused on the media industry in 2015. She co-hosted four shows: The Golf Channel's What's in the Bag with Cobra-Puma, Golf Digest's Golf's Sexiest Shots, Golf.com's Hot Tips from a Hot Golfer, and Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday's The Golf Buzz. Further, Golf Channel named her one of the "Top 10: Fit Golfers," Sports Illustrated named her "One of the Hottest 50 Athletes of All Time," and Golf Magazine named her one of "The 18 Most Beautiful Women in Golf."

Blair's father signed her and her brother up for a local junior golf clinic when Blair was 11 years old. She spent almost all of her childhood afternoons and early mornings at the Dobson Ranch Golf Club in Mesa, Arizona, using the practice range.

Blair started playing for the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) at 13. She had a great junior golf career, finishing second in the Woman's Western Tournament, earning a medal at the AJGA Ping Phoenix Junior Championship, and being selected for the U.S. Junior Ryder Cup Team in Valderrama, Spain. She was also selected for the AJGA Cannon Cup Team.

Blair won the Women's 5A Arizona State Golf Championship after establishing herself as one of the top junior golfers in the state before starting high school. Later, she received a full scholarship to Arizona State University despite receiving numerous offer letters. She participated in every competition for four years with the women's Sun Devil golf team. She also won the NCAA women's long drive championship twice.
