Russell Henley is an American professional golfer competing on the PGA Tour as of February 2025. Henley, who was born on April 12, 1989, attended Stratford Academy before playing collegiate golf at the University of Georgia, where he won the 2010 Haskins Award. As an amateur, he became the second player to win a Nationwide Tour (now Korn Ferry Tour) event, the Stadion Classic at UGA. Henley turned professional in 2011 and joined the PGA Tour in 2013. In his rookie season, he won the Sony Open in Hawaii, finishing ahead of Tim Clark. As of February 2025, he has secured seven professional titles, including four on the PGA Tour. Henley reached a career-high world ranking of No. 12 in July 2024 and, as of February 2025, he is the world No. 16 in the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR).
