The GTA 6 trailer revealed a lot about Vice City, the state of Leonida, and all the crazy residents that we'll be introduced to in the upcoming game. However, one aspect of the 90-minute teaser that many fans have been fixated upon is the cars. Several different vehicles, including ones from past games in the series, were spotted in the video.

In light of that, we've compiled a list of the best and most interesting cars seen in the GTA 6 trailer released on December 5, 2023. This includes some of the most iconic vehicles that have reappeared in multiple games, as well as cars found exclusively in Grand Theft Auto Online.

Five best cars from the GTA 6 trailer

1) Bravado Banshee

The Bravado Banshee is one of the most iconic cars that is synonymous with the Grand Theft Auto franchise. The HD Universe rendition of the vehicle, first seen in GTA 4, has been rebuilt in real life as well. As expected, this car will also show up on the next Grand Theft Auto title, as it was revealed in the trailer.

The HD Universe variant of the Banshee is based on the 2nd generation Dodge Viper SR. It was spotted in one of the news footage shots, where Weazel News is seen reporting about criminals on dirt bikes. The vehicle also has its trademark stripe through the middle.

2) Grotti Cheetah Classic

The Cheetah Classic in Grand Theft Auto Online is a throwback to the vehicle found in GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories. The regular Cheetah in Grand Theft Auto 4 and 5 seems to be a mix between the Ferrari Enzo and the Pagani Zonda. Meanwhile, the Classic variant is mostly based on the Ferrari Testarossa, like the '80s VCPD (Vice City Police Department) variant.

This Classic variant was spotted in the GTA 6 trailer, in a scene that showcases the lively Ocean Drive in the upcoming game. The car comes with a white paint job, which might be an intentional reference to Miami Vice.

3) Pfister Comet Retro Custom

Three different variants of the Comet were spotted in the GTA 6 trailer — the Comet Retro Custom, the Comet S2, and the Comet S2 Cabrio. All Comets in the Grand Theft Auto games are based on different Porsche cars, but the Retro Custom is the most interesting one, as it's seemingly based on a custom build of a Porsche 911 from the '80s (the 964).

This is one of the most interesting vehicles to customize in GTA Online. There are so many different modification options that many players own multiple copies of it. As such, we hope its Grand Theft Auto 6 iteration increases the customizability even further.

4) Invetero Coquette D10

The different Coquette models in the Grand Theft Auto games are all based on different Chevrolet Corvette models. There are two classic Coquettes and two modern ones, with the D10 being the most recent. It's based mostly on a Corvette C8, which makes it look quite distinct from the regular Coquette.

This vehicle, which is exclusive to GTA Online, is often overlooked. So it's rather refreshing to see such a car in the GTA 6 trailer, which implies that Rockstar hasn't quite neglected it.

5) Declasse Tornado

The Declasse Tornado is a classic beauty seen in GTA 5 and its online mode, as well as in GTA San Andreas. Both renditions are based on the 1957/58 Chevrolet Bel Air, and this is reminiscent of its classic Americana design. As such, seeing it in the GTA 6 trailer must have made many car enthusiasts happy.
