In the Grand Theft Auto series lore, the Bail Enforcement Office is an expansion to Maude Eccles’ Bail Bond business from GTA 5. You may remember finding four targets for her as Trevor Philips. As of June 2024, she expanded the business and now operates from the Bottom Dollar Office. However, it is worth noting that Maude is no longer the main person of contact.

The managership of the business was partially shifted to her daughter Jenette Eccles, who now provides you with all missions and guidance. While Maude will contact you sometime over the phone, she will physically appear only during the introductory cutscene. Nonetheless, the Bail Enforcement Office uses the same principle and provides more targets.

You will get four targets at a given time, three of which will be regular targets. Rockstar Games labels the remaining one as the ‘Most Wanted’ target and they have different perks and methods of operation. While the Bounty missions are the primary source of income for the Bail Enforcement Office, you also get two other secondary ways to make extra cash.

The GTA Online Bail Office guide will help you with all these things. But first, let us discuss how you can acquire the business in the multiplayer game.

Rockstar listed the Bail Offices on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website. There are five locations where you can establish your business, each with a different price tag. The GTA Online Bail Office guide advises players to have at least around $5 million in-game to purchase the property with all its offerings. If you are low on money, you can check out the GTA 5 money guide to become rich.

Nonetheless, the following are the ways to acquire a Bail Enforcement Office in Grand Theft Auto Online:

  1. Go to the Maze Bank Foreclosures website on your in-game phone or laptop.
  2. Click on the ‘Bail Offices’ button on the top right corner to filter out all the locations.
  3. Select any of the office locations and click on the Buy button.
  4. Go through the upgrades and customizations list and opt for the ones you want.
  5. Click on the Buy button and confirm your purchase.

Following are the all five Bail Enforcement Office locations and their base prices:

  • Paleto Bay Bail Enforcement Office - $1,650,000
  • Davis Bail Enforcement Office - $2,000,000
  • Del Perro Bail Enforcement Office - $2,350,000
  • Mission Row Bail Enforcement Office - $2,390,000
  • Downtown Vinewood Bail Enforcement Office - $2,620,000

You can purchase your office at any one of these locations. If you want suggestions, the GTA Online Bail Office guide would like to advise you not to buy the Paleto Bay office and instead get either the Mission Row or Downtown Vinewood Bail Enforcement Offices.

As far as the upgrades and customizations go, you get the following options:

  • Office style (Three designs)
  • Agents (Up to two)
  • Personal Quarters
  • Gun Locker
  • Armor plating for the Bail Enforcement Burrito

The GTA Online Bail Office guide strongly advises you to hire both Agents and get the armor plating for the Bail Enforcement Burrito.

Rockstar Games provides a complimentary Declasse Burrito (customized with Bail Enforcement details) with the business. The vehicle will be used to bring the bounty targets to the Bail Enforcement Office after the mission. Having the armor plating upgrade will protect the passengers inside the vehicle from most enemy bullets.

Once the purchase process is complete, the GTA Online Bail Office guide readers are advised to visit the property to get started with it. Visiting the office for the first time will trigger a long cutscene featuring both Maude Eccles and her daughter Jenette Eccles. The former will talk about her journey throughout the years and will hand over the operations to the latter.

Once you are done with the entire cutscene, Jenette Eccles will show you the Bail Enforcement Office computer. From there, you can get started with your bounty-hunting career.

The Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office offers you six ‘Most Wanted’ targets and 18 regular targets that you can hunt for. However, the GTA Online Bail Office guide readers should note that both types of targets have different functionalities. Here are some of the important things that you should know about the bounty targets:

  • The Most Wanted targets offer the most money (almost triple that of a regular target).
  • The Most Wanted targets change every 24 real-life hours.
  • The regular targets change every real-life hour.
  • Both types of targets offer the full reward value when brought alive.
  • Killing the main target will reduce the bounty value by 75%.

Following are all six Most Wanted targets that you can get from the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office:

  • Grace Whitney
  • Chaz Lieberman
  • Leroy O'Neil
  • Brock Thompson
  • Cleo Song
  • Omar Garcia

Catching them and bringing them alive to the office will earn you between $120,000 and $130,000 each.

On the other hand, here are all 18 regular targets (and their mission types) that you can get from the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office:

  • Ricky Ji (Kkangpae - Bank Robbery)
  • Tommy Lim (Kkangpae - Bank Robbery)
  • LJ Ha (Kkangpae - Bank Robbery)
  • Cook Kenzie (Ballas - Prison Bus)
  • Marquel Green (Ballas - Prison Bus)
  • Colby Wright (Ballas - Prison Bus)
  • Lil Prince (Street Punks - CCTV)
  • Xavier Fremond (Street Punks - CCTV)
  • Jalen Kennedy (Street Punks - CCTV)
  • Serenity Pierce (The Lost MC - Clubhouse)
  • Angel Kenney (The Lost MC - Clubhouse)
  • Rylee Rose (The Lost MC - Clubhouse)
  • Sabrina Gray (Rich Female - Mansion Intimidation)
  • India Wood (Rich Female - Mansion Intimidation)
  • Brigitte Foster (Rich Female - Mansion Intimidation)
  • Beau Duggan (Duggans - Arcade)
  • Bill Duggan (Duggans - Arcade)
  • Hunter Duggan (Duggans - Arcade)

It is worth noting that the regular targets are easy to capture and will take you less time. You can complete these missions within 15 minutes depending on your playing efficiency. The regular targets will earn you between $35,000 to $40,000 each.

However, each of the Most Wanted targets has a small backstory attached to them. You will have to play through the storyline (in the same mission) before apprehending them.

The following is an overview of all the Most Wanted target missions listed on the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office computer:

  • Most Wanted - Whitney (Grace Whitney): A businesswoman who jumps bail by faking her death. Apprehend her at the Arcadius Business Center before she changes her identity.
  • Most Wanted - Lieberman (Chaz Lieberman): Convicted for embezzlement and gets caught by the Armenian Mob. Rescue and bring him to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.
  • Most Wanted - O'Neil (Leroy O'Neil): Convicted of multiple crimes and hides in Blaine Country. Also kidnaps you during the mission. Get out of his basement, apprehend him outside the O'Neil farm, and bring him to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.
  • Most Wanted - Thompson (Brock Thompson): Former boxing champion turned into a murderer. Becomes very dangerous and hostile when apprehended. Disarm/weaken him and bring him to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.
  • Most Wanted - Song (Cleo Song): Popular Vinewood actress evading tax fraud charges. Can be found inside the Richards Majestic Studios shooting for her latest movie. Apprehend her by eliminating the security guards, and bring her to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.
  • Most Wanted - Garcia (Omar Garcia): Street racer charged with grand theft auto and hit and run cases. Can be found inside the Los Santos Car Meet. Provoke him and cause him to flee. Chase him down and damage his car. Once he stops, arrest Omar Garcia and bring him to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.

The GTA Online Bail Office guide readers should note that if they kill the target(s) at any point, the destination will be changed. You will have to deliver a dead target to the Los Santos County Coroner Office where Murph (Maude Eccles’ boyfriend) will take care of the body. As is customary, you will also lose a significant portion of your reward money.

Once a mission is completed successfully, you will have to wait for Jenette Eccles to process the live target(s) to get paid.

Understanding the secondary money-making sources from the Bail Enforcement Office in Grand Theft Auto Online

There are two secondary income sources related to the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office. They are as follows:

  • Bail Enforcement Agents
  • Madrazo Hits

As mentioned before in the GTA Online Bail Office guide, you must hire both Agents for your business. They are stationed inside the office and you can assign them to find and apprehend up to two other bounty targets. Keep in mind that the targets caught by the Bail Enforcement Agents are not the ones listed on your office computer.

They work in the background and take 48 real-life minutes (an in-game day) to do their job. Once they apprehend targets, money generated by them will be stored in the Safe Locker inside your Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office. Once they return to the office, you can assign them to the next quests.

The Madrazo Hits are daily activities that you can do while in freeroam. These missions are very similar to the PayPhone Hits offered by the GTA Online Agency business. However, you must own a Bail Office to unlock the Madrazo Hits. The missions spawn on the map with a purple target mark with a dollar ($) sign in the middle. The following are the steps to complete a Madrazo Hits mission:

  1. Arrive at the marked area and press the required button to prompt the mission.
  2. Check the text message from Martin Madrazo. By heart the image of the target.
  3. Check the information box that appears on the top left corner of the screen. By heart the weapon of choice.
  4. Go to the yellow (?) marked area and find the target.
  5. Kill the nearby guards/enemies and then kill the main target by using the weapon of choice.
  6. Click a photo of the target's corpse using the in-game phone and send it to Martin Madrazo.
  7. Evade the wanted level.

The GTA Online Bail Office guide readers should note that if they do not use the weapon of choice specified by Martin Madrazo, the payout of the mission will be cut by half. Once the mission is complete you will have to wait till the next day to get the next Madrazo Hit mission.

These are the secondary ways you can use and make money through the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement office.
