The source is @GameRoll, a popular Grand Theft Auto community member, who correctly guessed the last names of the GTA 6 protagonists before the official reveal. This time, the leaker shared information such as the game having over 700 stores, 5 story chapters, and more.

While the original post may have been removed by now, the information is still lingering on the internet. Let’s look at every potential gameplay detail shared by the new GTA 6 leak.

New GTA 6 leak suggests a similar gameplay experience to Red Dead Redemption 2, with some added features

According to the new GTA 6 leak report, the limited weapon wheel system previously seen in Red Dead Redemption 2 will return. Players will likely be able to keep the weapon in their car's trunk.

However, the leaker also claimed the character switch wheel will likely return, with the following three options for players to choose from:

Lucia Caminos
Jason Duvval
Both Lucia and Jason

He also specifically mentioned that players could enter free roam with both protagonists at once, unlike GTA 5, where players had to choose one for the free roam.

Another enticing detail shared by the new GTA 6 leak is the potential presence of over 700 stores in the game, albeit the absence of burglaries this time. It further disclosed the possibility of accessible malls and skyscrapers with lifts. However, the lift might only take players to the roof and not the individual floors of the property.

The leaker further states that the dynamic cover system rumored to be returning from The Last of Us 2 won’t be present in the game's final version. It will likely have the same one-button cover system seen in GTA 5.
