Griefing in GTA Online is an unfortunate reality, especially when you fly a plane. Recently, a Reddit user dominics4n (u/dominics4n) shared a video where another player flying the Western Company Seabreeze tried to disrupt their gameplay and miserably failed. They wrote:

“Poor random didn't knew (sic) it was the Cayo Perico Velum.”

The player was flying the JoBuilt Velum 5-seater and was heading towards Cayo Perico Island. This is a common scenario among griefers in GTA Online as the player engaged in the mission has no choice but to fly the plane to the required checkmark.

The Seabreeze user made multiple attempts to disrupt the Redditor’s journey. The video showed them dropping bombs and flying too close to destroy the Velum 5-seater. In a last attempt to grief, the Seabreeze user rammed their plane into the Velum. But the latter is a strong aircraft in GTA Online that can withstand up to two homing missiles. The griefer ultimately killed themselves and destroyed their plane.

It is worth noting that the door of the plane during the journey to Cayo Perico remains open by default no matter how much you try to close it.
