Where could trial chambers generate in Minecraft 1.21 update?

The Minecraft 1.21 update was recently announced by Mojang Studios, where some major features were shared. In their annual live event, where Mojang showcased the Minecraft 1.21 update, their developers played on a custom realms server, where they discovered and introduced new features. Agnes Larsson, senior director at Mojang Studios, initially entered the trial chambers through a hallway, behind which we were able to see deep-slate blocks.

Along with that, almost half of the new structure is made up of a new variant of tuff blocks, which will be craftable from regular tuff found deep underground.

Based on these two clues, it can be speculated that the new trial chambers will be generated somewhere in the deepslate regions, although it could be slightly above the deep dark regions.

Trial chambers, as the name suggests, will consist of various types of traps, puzzles, and difficult challenges like special trial spawners summoning hostile mobs besides a new Breeze hostile mob.

Along the way, there will also be treasure chests with potentially new loot and rewards from trial spawners once the fight is finished.

Trial chambers will be constructed with new and old tuff along with copper blocks. Currently, the new set of blocks will generate naturally only in these new structures. Tuff bricks, copper grates, copper doors, trapdoors, and bulbs are some of the new blocks that are coming with the Minecraft 1.21 update.

The location of the trial chambers will be revealed when Mojang directly adds these new structures to snapshot and beta preview versions in the coming weeks. This is because the developer has only announced features that are ready to be released to the public in their beta programs. Players will also be able to utilize the features that come with the new structure.
