Perfect Paradox returns with Destiny 2 Echoes Act 2. The Kinetic Rapid Fire Framed Shotgun once ruled the meta as one of the most powerful special weapons in PvE. Almost seven years after its release, players will get access to new perk combinations mixed in with the weapon's archetype. Bungie has re-issued weapons from Season of the Dawn in Episode Echoes, as the community already got Patron of Lost Causes in Act 1.

This article lists the best perks on the Perfect Paradox Shotgun for PvE and PvP. Note that, unlike the seasonal weapons, re-issued Dawn weapons are not craftable from any activity or the Failsafe vendor. Hence, you must get the desired god roll as a drop.

Smallbore for increased Stability and Range
Tactical Mag for increased reload speed, Stability, and magazine size
Dual Loader for reloading additional ammo at a time
One-Two Punch for significantly increased melee damage after shooting an enemy with every pallet of the magazine

While the perks mentioned above are meant for a boss or elite DPS, the Vorpal Weapon is another great perk to have alongside Swashbuckler and Pugilist for the same role.

Here is a list of all the best perks to have on Perfect Paradox Shotgun for PvP:

Barrel Shroud for increased Stability and Handling on the weapon
Accurized Rounds for increased Range on the weapon
Slideshot for increased Range and reloading the weapon upon sliding
Opening Shot for increased Range and Accuracy with the first shot of the magazine

You can also go for Threat Detector as a utility in the third column, alongside Vorpal Weapon for increased damage to Guardians with active supers.

How to get the Perfect Paradox in Destiny 2?

Perfect Paradox can be focused from Failsafe at the HELM in exchange for Echoes Engram and Glimmer. Players can also run seasonal activities such as the Echoes Battlegrounds to get the weapon as a drop. As mentioned, the Perfect Paradox is not a craftable weapon. Hence, getting the best perk combinations depends on your luck.
